Chelsea vs Porto
Porto striker Benni McCarthy celebrates after scoring the winning goal in the 86th minute.
McCarthy rose above defender William Gallas at the far post to head the winner past Chelsea keeeper Petr Cech.
CSKA Moscow beat Paris St Germain 3-1 in the other game in the group but Porto's late winner left the Russian side in third place with a UEFA Cup spot as consolation and PSG went out of European competition altogether after finishing last.
