Wenger said the first turning point came in the match against Manchester United, when Ruud van Nistelrooy missed a last-minute penalty that would have condemned Arsenal to defeat.

"Throughout the season there were some turning points but the first was at United when Van Nistelrooy missed a penalty in the last minute and 28 games later we're still unbeaten," he said.
