Andre Agassi had an easy passage into the semi-final as he thrashed fifth seed Guillermo Coria 6-4, 6-3, 7-5.
It was sweet revenge for the 33-year-old top seed who was beaten by the Argentine at the French Open.
'This weekend will be one heck of an opportunity for pretty special memories. I'll go out there with great excitement,' Agassi said after reaching his ninth US Open semi-final.
