The Davis Cup final

Todd Woodbridge (L) and Wayne Arthurs of Australia celebrate after defeating Lopez and Corretja of Spain.

Only five nations in the history of Davis Cup finals have successfully rallied from 2-1 down to win the title.

In each of the four Davis Cup meetings played between Australia and Spain, the victors in the doubles rubber have always gone on to win the tie.
