Winger Doug Howlett is tackled by David Bory of France. Howlett narrowly missed a second try that would have tied him with Lomu for most tries in a World Cup.
The other Kiwi winger Joe Rokocoko equalled the world record for most Test tries in a calendar year when he scored against France in Thursday's playoff.
Rokocoko's touchdown was his 17th of the year, matching the mark set by Japan's Daisuke Ohata.
