Gajjar packed off wild card compatriot Parantap Chaturvedi 6-1, 6-4 while Sipaeya ousted Israel's Eliran Dooyev 6-4, 6-3 in first round matches of the circuit's third leg.
Fourth seed Indonesian Prima Simpatiaji overcame a first-set deficit to defeat Richard Crabtree of Great Britain 3-6, 6-4, 6-1.
Takeshi Itoh of Japan too came through a three-setter to edge out Tomer Suissa of Israel 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 in another tie.
