New ICC chief attends Cronje case hearing

Malcolm Gray, who takes over as president of the International Cricket Council on Monday, attended South Africa's King Commission hearings into cricket match-fixing today.

Gray, from Australia, said: "I am here to meet Judge King and to observe the proceedings."

Gray takes over as ICC president from Jagmohan Dalmiya at the ICC congress meeting in London on Monday. He arrived in Cape Town yesterday and will depart this evening.
