Inferiority-complexes and supervillains don't go great together, and linesman Max Dillon, who became Electro after a freak lightning accident. The star-headed villain can generate unbelievable amounts of electric current, but is frequently defeated because of his self-doubt and sheer mental sluggishness. Still, he gets major points for entertainment.
