Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday said the Shunglu Committee report on alleged irregularities in the conduct of Commonwealth Games was being analysed by various ministries.

"There are appropriate procedures. The report is under analysis by various ministries. I am yet to get the analyses from the ministries," Singh told mediapersons on the sidelines on the function to give away the Padma awards in New Delhi.

Asked about his discussions with Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, he merely said, "We have already said what we had to say."

The high level committee headed by former Comptroller and Auditor General V K Shunglu had recommended strict action against the then Chief Executive Officer of Prasar Bharti B S Lalli and the then Director General (Doordarshan) Aruna Sharma for providing "undue benefit" to Sis Live and Zoom Communications in the award of broadcasting rights of Commonwealth Games.

The Shunglu Committee in its city infrastructure report has pointed out several irregularities in various CWG projects implemented by Delhi government and indicted Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit for them.

Dikhshit has rejected the Shunglu report and conveyed to Singh her government's view that the findings of the panel were "unfair" and "inconsistent".

The prime minister had appointed the Shunglu panel soon after the conclusion of the Commonwealth Games in October last year to look into allegations or irregularities in the conduct of the sporting event.
