SP expels 5 workers for swearing in function ruckus

The Samajwadi Party on Sunday expelled five workers for creating ruckus during swearing in function of Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on March 15, a party spokesman said.

"State SP President Akhilesh Yadav has expelled Babulal, Wasim Rahul, Sharvat Chaudhary, Ameer Ahmad and Izhar Khan for indisciplined behaviour," party spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said.

He said that during the swearing in function, a number of workers created ruckus after climbing the stage. On March 16 the party had suspended 10 workers belong to Agra, Etawah, Sultanpur, Meerut and Ghaziabad.
