The division bench comprising Justice V Kanade and Justice P D Kode passed the order after hearing at length arguments advanced by her counsel.
The sadhvi had made several appeals explaining her health
condition and stated that she needed comfortable travel. However, the lower court had rejected her plea.
She will now travel to Madhya Pradesh and attend hearing in connection with the case, which is being probed by the National Investigation Agency. She would however have to bear the expenses for her travel.
