President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders condoled the demise of senior Congress leader and three-time Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Saturday.
The PM said she made a noteworthy contribution to Delhi's development.
