Seychelles
Modi's visit to Seychelles was part of his 'Indian Ocean outreach' programme. Modi, the first Indian PM to visit Seychelles in 34 years, launched a coastal surveillance radar project to boost security cooperation with the island nation and also announced that India provide free of cost visas for three months to citizens of Seychelles and making it available to them on arrival. He held one-to-one and delegation-level talks with Seychelles President James Alix Michel.
Mauritius
Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Ganga Talao, a place sacred for Hindus in Mauritius. In the second leg of his 'Indian Ocean outreach' programme, Modi visited Mauritius where he was chief guest at the Mauritian National Day. Sri Lanka

Singapore
Prime Minister Modi visited Singapore twice this year, first in March to attend the state-funeral of Lee Kuan Yew, the first PM of Singapore, and then in November, he was invited by Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, right, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of India and Singapore’s bilateral ties. France
Modi also visited France twice in 2015: First in April, when he held talks with President Francois Hollande and met business leaders. An agreement was signed under which India will buy 36 Rafale fighter jets in flyaway condition from France and a decision was made to move ahead with the stalled Jaitapur nuclear project in Maharashtra. Germany

Canada

Mongolia
Prime Minister Narendra Modi gifts Bodhi tree Sapling to Hamba Lama at Gandan Monestry in Mongolia’s capital Ulaanbaatar. It was the first ever visit by an Indian premier to the country. During the visit, Modi announced a $1 billion (Rs 6,500 crore) credit line to Mongolia for infrastructure development as the two countries upgraded their ties to ‘strategic partnership’ and agreed to deepen defence cooperation besides exploring potential for tie ups in areas such as the civil nuclear sector. South Korea
In South Korea, Modi and President Park Geun-hye held discussions and resolved to add ‘new substance, speed and content’ covering defence, trade and investment, and regional cooperation to take the bilateral ties to a qualitatively higher level. South Korea decided to provide $10 billion (Rs 65,000 crore) to India for infrastructure, development of smart cities, railways, power generation and other diversified areas as the two countries agreed to upgrade their bilateral relationship to a ‘Special Strategic Partnership’. Bangladesh
