This what Homer Simpson means when he says: ‘Mmm. Chocolate!’
The Salon Du Chocolat kicked off in France on October 28, on the country’s National Chocolate Day.
The event is an abode for all things chocolate and a place for cocoa lovers to know more about the wonderful brown tinted, gratifying to taste universe.
The samples at this five-day gathering aren't the run-of-the-mill branded sugar flavoured travesties. These sweets are whipped up by 220 premier chocolatiers, pastry-makers, cocoa experts, and confectioners to provide the discerning palettes a true umber experience.
