They may call it the 'Land of the Pure,' but Pakistan ranks as the top country to proportionally search for certain sex-related terms on the web.

The country that banned 17 websites to block offensive and blasphemous material is the world's leader in online searches for pornographic material.

'You won't find strip clubs in Islamic countries. Most Islamic countries have certain dress codes,' Fox News quoted Gabriel Said Reynolds,
professor of Islamic Studies at the University of Notre Dame, as saying.

'It would be an irony if they haven't shown the same vigilance to pornography,' she added.

Its top searches include terms like 'horse sex', 'donkey sex', 'rape pictures', and 'child sex', as per information provided by Google.

Pakistan is known to be very strict in banning anything that poses to be anti Islam, and so is porn, but no action seems to have been taken by authorities towards this new trend.
