The bodies of eight city-based builders, who were among 19 killed in a plane crash in Nepal on Sunday, were likely to be brought here on Wednesday with the relatives of the victims identifying them at a hospital in Kathmandu.
"Procedures of identification and post-mortem of the bodies have been completed this morning", M V Anand, son of Maruthachalam, one of the victims, told mediapersons.
He said the relatives had collected baggages of the victims in the presence of police.
One relative of each victim along with Tiruchirappalli member of Parliament Kumar were taken to Kathmandu by Tamil Nadu government on Monday to identify the bodies.
The eight businessman were in Kathmandu on a leisure trip after attending a meeting in New Delhi on Saturday.
The crash took place when the Beechcraft plane of Buddha Air attempted to land in bad weather after the aerial viewing trip of the Mt Everest.
