Two of the five alleged Indian Mujahideen operatives behind bars in connection with 13/7 bomb blasts case were on Monday arrested in a motorcycle theft case, a senior Anti Terrorism Squad official said.
Terror suspects Naquee Ahmed and Nadeem Shaikh were on Monday arrested for stealing two motorcycles from V P Road and Dongri areas days before the 13/7 bomb blasts, the official said.
Both of them were in judicial custody in connection with the blast case and were on Monday arrested in theft case. The two were remanded in police custody after they were produced before the Mazgaon Metropolitan Court, he said.
The two vehicles were later recovered from Bihar by the ATS after the arrest of Naquee and Nadeem in the blast case. According to police, the accused had plans to use the vehicles for future terror active ties.

The ATS had filed 4,700-page charge sheet in a special court last Friday against 10 members of Indian Mujahideen, including its top operative Riyaz Bhatkal, who is believed to be hiding in Pakistan.
