MAPPED: State-wise first doses of vaccine per lakh people

The second phase of the COVID-19 nationwide vaccination drive began on March 1, wherein people aged 60 years and above, and those in 45-59 age bracket with comorbidities, will receive the vaccine shots.

 

Since then, the government has involved private players in the vaccination, and if hospitals want, they can conduct vaccination 24x7.

Rediff Labs has prepared the following map, showing first doses of vaccination per lakh population of each state.

The data is sourced from the ministry of health and family welfare and the states' population numbers are as projected for 2020.
