Former DMK minister's house raided

The Tamil Nadu Vigilance Department on Thursday raided the residence of former Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam minister Duraimurugan in Chennai on charges of possessing disproportionate assets.

The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption also raided premises of his relatives in nine areas all over the state. These include five in Vellore, two in Chennai and one in Melkotaiyur in Kancheepuram district, DVAC sources said.
