A local court has dismissed a complaint seeking prosecution against Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal for his alleged offensive remarks against the members of Parliament.

District and Sessions Judge Riyasat Hussain dismissed the complaint filed by Jitendra Sindhu, saying that commenting on the working of MPs does not amount to raging a war against the government.

Kejriwal had triggered a political storm by saying in a rally at Ghaziabad early this year that Parliament was filled with 'murderers, rapists and dacoits'.
