The Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday came out with a book on the coal scam titled 'The Great Coal Robbery'. The book has been authored among others by BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar, whose complaint along with a party Member of Parliament to the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) led to the Central Bureau of Investigation crackdown on private companies cornering coal blocks fraudulently.
Chandrapur MP Hansraj Ahir, who worked tirelessly since 2004 to unearth the coal scam, and Javadekar were also felicitated on Thursday by the party at its national council meeting at Surajkund.
