Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy held meetings with Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Sunday.

Reddy said his Cabinet will be constituted on Wednesday with "balanced" representation from all religion, caste and regions in the state.

Kiran Reddy thanked Gandhi and Singh for choosing him for the top post and promised to bring transparency in his government.

The Andhra CM is also believed to have discussed the probable candidates for ministerial berths. On finalising the composition of his cabinet and nominees, Reddy said all these were part of the exercise and will be communicated to the media, once complete.

Earlier, Reddy has held a round of discussion on the cabinet formation with Law Minister Veerappa Moily. Sources said Vivekananda Reddy, the brother of late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, is likely to be inducted into the cabinet.

Reddy also met Vice President Hamid Ansari, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar and Urban Development Minister S Jaipal Reddy.
