Live Blog: Drishyam 3 Trailer Launch Live

Too hungry so we hit the buffet where awaits for us Goan Prawns curry, Rawa Chicken Fry and other such Goan delicacies... 

Managed to catch Jaideep Ahlawat for a few minutes and had a short and sweet interaction with him. He revealed that he is a huge fan of Shah Rukh Khan. His favourite movies of the superstar? DDLJ and Swades!

Joining Ajay Devgn at his dinner table are his Drishyam 3 co-stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Shriya Saran. Also at their table was director Luv Ranjan. Hmmm... Is a movie on the cards?

So surprise alert! Ajay Devgn made an unexpected appearance at the dinner party. He landed there with Abhishek Pathak, who directed Drishyam 2 and 3. He is also meeting journos. Unfortunately no photos. So be happy with this picture of the actor from Drishyam 2.

So while we were little disappointed with not continuing the tour, we were stopped for dinner at this riverside bistro called Copita. Unfortunately, we missed what we were told to be a beautiful sunset. Instead we were welcomed by this Drishyam 'crime' stage equipped with a spade, case files, wicker lamps, ropes and a calendar with the date of, of course, October 2, red circled on it.

Our second and final stop was at the location where Vijay Salgaonkar's house was set. Unfortunately due to heavy traffic and darkness setting early, the plan was dropped. :(

The first stop of the tour is the 'police headquarters' shown in both the movies where the cops plotted against the brains of Vijay Salgaonkar and also brought him and his family for interrogation. It is actually the old GMC palace in Panjim, but is now known as the Drishyam police headquarters!

So it starts... We have the case file with us. Will Vijay Salgaonkar finally get caught by this media posse?

So off to Goa to meet Vijay Salgaonkar and family!

So Drishyam 3's trailer launch is happening on Goa on September September 9, with events planned for media on the day prior as well. We are heading off to the land of sun and sand and would be sharing all the exciting updates from the event.
