The Election Commission of India has announced the schedule for assembly elections in four states and one Union Territory.

West Bengal to vote in two phases on April 23 and 29.

Tamil Nadu to vote in single phase on April 23.

Assam, Kerala and Puducherry to vote in single phase on April 9.

The results will be announced on May 4.
