U.S. airstrikes in Iran over the past two days have killed at least 14 people and injured 78 others, according to Iran's Health Ministry.

Health Ministry spokesperson Hossein Kermanpour announced the casualty figures in a post on X on Thursday.

The figures mark the first overall casualty toll released by the Iranian government since the U.S. strikes began. -- Agencies
