India records highest spike of 5242 Covid cases

As India enters the 4th phase in lockdown, there's been no drop in Covid infection figues. The country recorded its highest ever spike of 5242 COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours with 157 death reported in as many hours. The total number of positive cases in India is now at 96,169, including 56,316 active cases, 36,824 cured/discharged/migrated cases, death toll 3029 deaths, says the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
