Buses, autos, cabs to run in Delhi; shops to open

Shops can reopen in Delhi and buses, autos and taxis can run with limited passengers, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal said today, adding that the lockdown would be extended till May 31. 

Here is What's allowed, what isn't: 

- Taxis with 2 passengers, auto rickshaw and e-rickshaw with 1 passenger each, buses with 20 passengers to be allowed

- Passengers boarding buses will be screened

- Markets to be opened with staggered timings; four-wheelers with only two passengers will be allowed:

- Metro trains, schools, colleges, shopping malls and swimming pools to remain closed 

- Restaurants can open for home-delivery, dining facility not allowed

- 50 people to be allowed in marriage functions; 20 people can attend funerals

- Religious gatherings not allowed; spa, saloon to remain closed
