SC constitutes 3-member committee for jail reforms

The Supreme Court constitutes a three-member committee to look into the aspect of jail reforms across the country and suggest measures to deal with them. The SC says the committee will be chaired by the former apex court judge Justice (Retd) Amitava Roy.
