Raj Babbar made UP Congress chief

Just in: Raj Babbar has been appointed the UP Congress Committee president, in effect the UP Congress chief. Making the announcement Ghulam Nabi Azad who is the UP poll in-charge said that the name of the CM will be decided later once the campaign begins. He admitted that Congress workers want Priyanka Gandhi to campaign across the state, but remained mum on whether she would step in beyond the family boroughs of Amethi and Rae Barelli.
