Surat: 'Terrorists' wearing skull cap in a mock drill creates controversy

An anti-terror police mock drill sparked a controversy after one of the persons posing as a terrorist wore a skull cap suggesting that the terrorists belonged to a particular community.

The drill meant to check the preparedness during a terror attack was organised by the Surat Rural Police. In the drill one cop and two civilians posing as terrorists were captured by the police.
