The South Central Railway which is running a special train with 18 coaches from Delhi to Secunderabad for the pilgrims returning from Uttarakhand has decided to extend it to Visakhapatnam.

The train left Delhi on Friday (June 21) at 2130hrs.

The railway said in a statement that it would be extended to Vizag as majority of the passengers travelling by this train are bound for Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.

The train would be diverted at Kazipet and taken to Visakhapatnam instead of Secunderabad.

For the convenience of passengers travelling by this train to Secunderabad/Hyderabad, two second class extra coaches are arranged to transport them from Kazipet, the release said.
