Want a constructive Budget session, says PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed the media ahead of the Budget session today. Here is what he said.

"Our conduct in Parliament will be crucial determinant of country's ability to cope up with formidable challenges," he said.

"I hope the opposition allows Parliament to function. We wish to engage constructively, peacefully with all members. People want a constructive session of the Parliament," he added.
