TMC workers chop off Panchayat employee's ear

In West Bengal, the TMC displays characteristic brutality. Trinamool Congress workers allegedly chopped off an ear of a panchayat employee after he failed to report for work on day one of the trade unions' strike in West Bengal. The incident took place at Debipur in the Murshidabad district. While the victim was admitted to hospital and is said to be in a stable condition, no formal complaint has been lodged yet.
