Oscar Pistorius cries as he hears that Magistrate Desmond Nair rules that the case is 'schedule six', which makes it extremely unlikely the defendant will be granted bail. Magistrate Nair says that the defendant (Pistorius) will face a possible life sentence if convicted of premeditated murder.
