We appeal to international organisations to send their teams to Jammu and Kashmir to get a first hand account of the ground situation, the hurriyat said in a statementin Srinagar.
The amalgam alleged that a reign of terror has been let loose by troops on the people of Baramulla and adjoining areas of north Kashmir.
A hurriyat delegation led by chairman will visit Baramulla on Tuesday, it added. Two youths were killed and several others were injured when security forces allegedly opened fire during the violent anti-poll protests in the north Kashmir town on Saturday.
The amalgam said Mirwaiz would inform the people about the negative impact of the elections on the ongoing struggle and reveal the strategy of the hurriyat to counter it.
