Women's Bill a political tactic: BJP

The Bhartiya Janta Party on Tuesday accused the United Progressive Alliance of introducing the Women’s Reservation Bill as a mere election tactic.
BJP Vice–President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi slammed the Congress for using the bill as an election tactic ahead of general elections. Union Minister of state for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal however defended the seriousness of the government and the congress party towards the bill.
