BJP forsees political turmoil

India's main opposition party, the Bharatiya Janata Party said the current political crisis in the country could lead to early general elections. Addressing a news conference in Chennai on Wednesday, senior BJP leader, Murli Manohar Joshi, said the current crisis would lead to instability. Meanwhile, the ruling Congress-led United Progressive Alliance is busy gathering support from all possible quarters after the Communists withdrew support.
