The Mumbai vintage car rally was this year hosted by Haig liquor company and VCCCI, India's official organisation for vintage motor vehicles in association with the Western India Automobile Association and Mumbai's traffic police.
The rally saw vintage cars from the pre-1940s, classics (1941-1970) and modern classics (up to 2008) cars and motorbikes.
The vehicles travelled a distance of about 40 kilometres from south Mumbai to Juhu, a north Mumbai suburb.
"We have received more than two hundred entries. That's an Indian record. You can expect in the future a few more rallies. We are starting an international rally next year and it will be good," said Nitin Dossa, chairman of events at the VCCCI at the event.
