Congress releases first list of candidates for Gujarat polls

The All India Congress Committee announced its first list of 63 candidates for the Gujarat Assembly elections on Tuesday night.

The last date for filing nominations for the first phase is November 23.

The list, declared by the Central Election Committee, included Chhabilbhai N Patel from Mandvi constituency, Babubhai Shah (Rapar), Manharlal Makwana (Dasada), Himanshu Vyas (Wadhwan), Bhavanbhai Bharvad (Limbdi), Devjibhai Fatepara (Halvad) and Hirabhai Patel (Dhrangadhra).
