Delhi court stops police inquiry in BMW case

A Delhi court has stopped the police inquiry into the television report that exposed the prosecution and the defence colluding in the BMW case.

Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Kumar recalled the police inquiry saying that the Delhi high court has already taken cognisance of the sting operation.
