The Supreme Court on Monday directed that there will be no sealing in premises on roads covered under the Master Plan of Delhi 2021 till further orders.
A bench headed by Justice Arijit Pasayat posted the hearing on all matters relating to sealing for April 10.
Solicitor General G E Vahanvati placed before the bench a copy of the MPD-2021, following which amicus curaie in the matter Ranjit Kumar was granted four weeks to go through it and give his suggestions pointing out the deficiencies for which remedial measures could be taken.
The court also gave two weeks thereafter to the Centre and others to respond to the suggestions of the amicus curaie.
