He says: "Ganesha has been visiting our home for the last 14 years. For the last two years I have brought an eco-friendly, non-plaster-of-Paris, non-polluting Ganapatis.
"I request all others to do the same. Ganapati would not be pleased to see the state of the water after the immersion. Another way of praying to the lord is by not spoiling his creations.
From the 11th day onwards till the next Ganapti are also his days.
"Our Ganapati is holding a musical instrument too, which may be considered an obituary to the Great Ustad Bismillah Khan. I could not find a Ganpati with a shehnai."
