Saddam is survived by his wife, two daughters and about a dozen grandchildren. Uday and Quasay, his sons, were killed along with a grandson in Mosul in 2003.
Just as infamous as his father, Uday was on the US' most wanted list after Saddam.
Raghd and Rana, Saddam's daughters are in Jordan, where they have been granted protection.
Reacting to her father's execution, Raghd has asked for him to be buried in Yemen, until 'Iraq is liberated' and he can be buried there.
