The Supreme Court on Friday declined to grant any interim relief on a petition seeking to relax a ban on use of loudspeakers during the concluding day of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival for the immersion of the idols.
The order to this effect was passed by a Bench comprising Justice Ashok Bhan and Justice S B Sinha.
