The Enforcement Directorate on Friday brought under its scanner a third person in connection with its probe into allegations of involvement of Hamdaan Exports in the Iraqi oil payoffs.
Arvind Khanna, a businessman, was questioned by a six-member team of senior Enforcement Directorate officials along with Hamdaan Director Andaleep Sehgal and his business partner Vikas Dhar, sources said.
Sehgal, a relative of former External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh, was grilled for the fifth consecutive day at the Directorate's Khan Market office.
It is believed that officials have seized a computer hard disk belonging to Sehgal.

For the past three days, officials have been poring through documents pertaining to the accounts of Hamdaan Exports, to ascertain links of the company to the alleged Iraqi oil payoffs as mentioned in the report of the United Nations appointed Volcker Committee.
The Volcker Committee had named Hamdaan Exports as a non-contractual beneficiary in Iraqi oil-for-food programme. The ED also searched the residence and office of Dhar and recovered some documents, which were scrutinised on Friday along with the contents of the computer hard disk seized from Sehgal's residence.
The ED is believed to be scrutinising the bank details of Sehgal and Dhar besides the transactions of their company to ascertain any wrong-doing, the sources said.
