The case against Michael Jackson was sparked off by Martin Bashir's February 2003 documentary for UK TV in which the singer was shown holding hands with his Gavin Arvizo and defending his practice of sharing a bed with young boys.
A jury acquitted Michael Jackson of molesting 13-year-old Gavin -- a cancer survivor at his Neverland ranch -- absolving the pop star who insisted he was the victim of mother-and-son con artists and a prosecutor with a vendetta.
He was also acquitted of getting the boy drunk and of conspiring to imprison his accuser and the boy's family at the storybook estate.
