An Australian woman was found murdered on Wednesday near the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, police sources said.
The face of the 59-year-old woman was smashed.
She had arrived on Tuesday from Australia and was scheduled to return on April 20.
Robbery is suspected to be the motive behind the murder and four persons have been detained for questioning.
