Senior separatist leaders, including Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party's Shabbir Shah, on Sunday met Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokhar and favoured inclusion of people of Kashmir in any talks to resolve the issue.
Besides Shah, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chief Yasin Malik and People's League chief Sheikh Abdul Aziz met Khokhar before he began his two-day talks with his Indian counterpart Shashank.
The two Foreign Secretaries are scheduled to discuss Kashmir tomorrow.
Emerging after the two-hour meeting, Shah told reporters that no bilateral talks could lead to a solution to the Kashmir problem, which was the bone of contention between the two countries.
The three leaders, who are part of Ittihadi Force, emphasised on inclusion of the people of Kashmir in talks to resolve the issue.

Malik said even the European Union delegation, which recently visited the state, had favoured including people of the state in the talks.
The meeting was second in the series that Khokhar had with Kashmiri leaders.
Yesterday, he met Syed Ali Shah Geelani and tomorrow he is scheduled to meet senior Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umer Farooq.
