On Thursday night, police found her hanging from a ceiling fan of her house. Her mother and a friend were in the house at that time.
Her death, at the age of 25, has come as a shock to her family, colleagues and others who knew her.
She was supposed to marry a Mumbai-based businessman Gautam Khanduja in August. Some problems between them are believed to have led to her death late on Thursday night.
