A British couple, Traver and Hillary Foster, has offered a reward of Rs 50 lakh (Rs 5 million) to anyone giving information that can lead to the arrest of one Maninder Singh Kohli.
Kohli, a truck driver by profession, is suspected of having abducted the Fosters' 17-year-old daughter Hannah in London in March 2003.
Hannah's body was found in Elington Lane two days after she went missing. A post-mortem report revealed that Hannah was raped before being killed. Kohli left the United Kingdom after this incident and is believed to be living in his native Punjab.

However, with the Punjab police failing to arrest him, the couple came down to India on July 12 accompanied by two officers of the Southampton police force, which is investigating the case, in pursuit of Kohli.
A senior journalist from the UK is believed to be helping the Fosters, who have set up base in Gurgaon in Haryana.
"We believe that someone, somewhere, must have information that could help us locate Kohli. If you have seen this man, if you know where he is currently living or working, or if you know someone who might have this information, please, please, come forward," Trevor said addressing a press conference in Delhi.
The couple had written to Minister of State for External Affairs Rao Inderjit Singh and Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh requesting meetings but had not received any response yet. They would visit Chandigarh to meet police officials directly connected with the search for Kohli.
"If anyone out there is hiding Kohli, please examine your conscience and ask yourself whether it is right that the murder should go unpunished of a kind, caring and talented young woman, about to go to university in pursuit of her dream to become a doctor," Trevor, who broke down several times during the conference, said.
The couple, who arrived in Delhi from England on Monday, showed posters in English, Hindi and Punjabi with pictures of Kohli in three possible disguises.
